Buccaneers' Rob Gronkowski (back) ruled out for remainder of Week 8
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski will not return to Sunday's Week 8 game against the New Orleans Saints.
Gronkowski is playing his first game since September 26th after breaking some ribs, but he's been ruled out for the entire second half due to back spasms. It's a tough break for the star tight end, who has been plagued by injuries the last few years of his career. Cameron Brate and O.J. Howard should see added snaps in Gronkowski's absence.
Before exiting, Gronkowski had zero catches on 1 target.
