D'Andre Swift (ankle/shoulder) officially limited Wednesday for Lions
Detroit Lions running back D'Andre Swift (ankle/shoulder) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.
Swift sat out the last two games before the Lions' Week 6 bye, but he's expected to return for Sunday's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. Jamaal Williams will revert to a complementary role if Swift is cleared to play and Craig Reynolds might have a hard time seeing the field.
Swift is the RB12 in numberFire's Week 7 rankings. Our models project him for 13.1 FanDuel points, with 15.3 touches and 80.4 yards from scrimmage. The Cowboys have the No. 22 run defense in our adjusted metrics, compared to the second-best pass defense, so the Lions might try to focus more on running the ball.
