Commanders' Jahan Dotson (hamstring) expected to miss Week 8
Washington Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson (hamstring) is not expected to play against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday in Week 8, per head coach Ron Rivera.
Dotson is heading for a fourth straight absence. "He's still tight," Rivera said. Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel will continue to see most of the wide receiver targets for Washington, with Logan Thomas (calf) and J.D. McKissic drawing most of the other looks.
The Indianapolis Colts are allowing the second-fewest FanDuel points per game to the wide receiver position this season, but their pass defense is a mediocre No. 16 in numberFire's schedule-adjusted team metrics. Our models project Samuel for 6.6 targets and McLaurin for 6.0 targets in Week 8.
