Saquon Barkley (ankle) officially inactive for Giants in Week 4
New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley will not play Monday in the team's Week 4 game against the Seattle Seahawks.
This was largely expected, as Barkley went into game day with a doubtful tag due to the sprained ankle that kept him sidelined last week. Now, he'll miss his second straight contest with the ailment. It's going to be a mix of Matt Breida, Gary Brightwell and Eric Gray in the backfield for quarterback Daniel Jones and the offense.
Our models project Breida for 45.0 rushing yards, 7.9 receiving yards, 0.4 total touchdowns and 7.6 FanDuel points. In Week 3 against San Francisco, Breida received 7 of the 13 backfield touches, with Brightwell receiving the other 6.
