Eagles' Dallas Goedert (fractured forearm) expected to miss 4 weeks
Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is expected to miss four weeks with a fractured forearm he suffered in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The Eagles have their bye in Week 10, so they might not place Goedert on injured reserve if he's only expected to miss three games. Jack Stoll played the second-most tight end snaps behind Goedert on Sunday, but he's primarily a blocker and hasn't drawn a target since Week 5. Albert Okwuegbunam will likely run most of the tight end routes and Kenneth Gainwell could be more involved in the passing game.
Goedert is averaging 8.0 FanDuel points per game this season, with 5.8 targets, 4.2 receptions, and 45.6 yards. He has an 18.3% target share, so Goedert's absence frees up a decent amount of looks in the Eagles' offense.
