Zay Jones (knee) limited Thursday for Jaguars
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (knee) was limited at practice again on Thursday for Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Jones has logged back-to-back limited sessions and might be able to get back on the field Sunday. He injured his knee in Week 2 and tried returning in Week 5, but had to leave the game early. Jamal Agnew will have fewer snaps available on offense if Jones is cleared to return. There would also be increased competition in targets for Christian Kirk, Calvin Ridley, and Evan Engram.
Jones has 8 catches on 18 targets for 78 yards and 2 touchdowns this season, so he's been efficient when he plays. The 49ers have the 10th-best pass defense in the league, according to numberFire's opponent-adjusted model, but they allow the sixth-most FanDuel points per game to wide receivers.
