Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) expected back at Jaguars practice Wednesday
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) is expected to practice in a limited fashion on Wednesday for Week 18 against the Tennessee Titans, per head coach Doug Pederson.
Lawrence was held out of practice last week and missed the first game of his career on Sunday, but a return on Wednesday would put him on track to play in Week 18. C.J. Beathard filled in as the starter in Week 17 with Lawrence sidelined. Christian Kirk (groin) is also expected to return to practice on Wednesday after being designated to return from injured reserve.
Lawrence is the QB6 in numberFire's Week 18 rankings and our models project him for 17.7 FanDuel points in a plus matchup. According to our opponent-adjusted efficiency rankings, the Titans have the fifth-worst pass defense in the league this season.
