Let's break down the LPL slate for Tuesday, July 21st, and see who stands out (Just a heads up, the slate locks at 5:00 a.m. EST.). Here are the starting lineups for the LPL.

FunPlus Phoenix are the defending World Champions, yet they find themselves with a record under .500 and on a four-series losing streak. They are, somehow, the favorites in this series, but OMG have plenty of viable fantasy options.
Star - 1.5x Points
GimGoon, FunPlus Phoenix ($6,200) will be in the starting lineup for FunPlus Phoenix, offering an immense amount of salary relief. As noted above, FunPlus are on a four-series losing steak, which means something needs to change for them, so GimGoon will enter the starting lineup in place of Khan.
GimGoon hasn't played since the Spring Split -- so he has no recent stats to look at. However, he comes in tied for the lowest salary on the entire slate -- even cheaper than some support players. Putting him in the Star spot can help him blow past his salary-based expectations. We could see him end up as one of the best point per dollar plays on the entire slate, all the while allowing you to spend up at every other position.
Top
Curse, OMG ($7,100) is setting up to be a popular option in the top lane for a few reasons. We know that GimGoon offers plenty of value, but where can we find consistency or upside? The answer might be Curse, and you normally wouldn't expect that from a player on a team with a record of 3-7.
Over his last seven series, Curse has posted 54 FanDuel points or higher in each series -- something no other Top-Laner on the slate can match. Top Lane is already a lower-scoring position, but Curse is managing to be an outlier since he is averaging 3.52 kills per game -- the most among LPL Top-Laners.
Jungle
JieJie, Edward Gaming ($7,700) will be back in the starting lineup for Edward Gaming, as he has been splitting time with his teammate JunJia. Since they are going back and forth with who is playing, neither has a large sample of games, but JieJie is averaging 7.38 assists per game -- which would be the third-most in the LPL. Take that with a grain of salt, since he has a small sample size compared to players who are full-time junglers.
Regardless, JieJie is making an impact when he does see time in the starting lineup, and considering he is the second-cheapest jungler on the slate, he is worth rostering.
Mid
Zeka, Vici Gaming ($8,800) has started 17-of-25 games for Vici Gaming, including every game since June 22nd. Zeka comes in with the third-highest Kill/Death/Assist (KDA) (7.04) among LPL Mid-Laners. On top of that, he is averaging the third-most kills per game (3.78) and the third-fewest average deaths per game (1.33).
He comes in with 57 FanDuel points or more in six straight series, and he has posted double-digit assists in all but one series. Zeka is showing to be a solid Mid-Laner -- he just happens to be on a weaker team.
ADC
iBoy, Vici Gaming ($9,700) comes in with eight kills or more in five-straight series and seven of his last eight overall. We are dealing with another situation where we have a good player on a bad team -- the same as Zeka -- and they happen to come in as the favorite against Edward Gaming.
The issue with iBoy comes from the fact that he has five deaths or more in 9 of his 10 series during the LPL Summer Split. Those are a lot of negative points, which are only outweighed when he can post over eight kills.
Support
Cold, OMG ($6,900) is the cheapest starting support on the slate and has been the most productive as of late. They are on a three-series losing streak, but Cold has posted 49 FanDuel points or more in each series! The lowest-scoring position is the support player, and we have a player under $7K posting nearly 50 FanDuel points per series.
Team
Vici Gaming ($7,600) come in with 22 FanDuel points or more in six straight series, and they have gone 4-2 in that span. They have taken 19 or more towers and seven dragons or more in four of their last six series. Grabbing objectives around the map come early and often for the team on the winning side, and with Vici looking this consistent recently, they are a strong option on this slate.
