Brent Honeywell, SP, Tampa Bay Rays

Honeywell is one of the game's elite pitching prospects as both lists have him ranked as the second-best hurler (behind Alex Reyes).

Only a step away from the bigs in his age-22 campaign, Honeywell is destroying the competition at Triple-A, racking up a 28.5% strikeout rate, 6.3% walk rate and 13.7% swinging-strike rate.

There's a great chance he's up with the Tampa Bay Rays at some point this season, especially with the team in the thick of the playoff race.
