Xander Bogaerts, SS, Boston Red Sox

Xander Bogaerts has been a big reason the Boston Red Sox's offense has been so successful this year. At the age of 25, he seems to be growing into a bit more of a power hitter. The metrics agree with that, as his 35.8% hard-hit rate would be the highest of his career since he became a regular starter.

However, he will be facing a pitcher in Dylan Bundy who still looks like he is breaking out here in 2018. Bundy has posted a ridiculous 14.5% swinging-strike rate this year. He has been especially limiting against right-handed batters, both in his career (.305 wOBA) and in his excellent 2018 (.296 wOBA). Moreover, Bogaerts has struggled significantly against same-sided pitchers in his career, posting just a 95 wRC+ against right-handers.

Against a tough right-hander like Bundy, Bogaerts isn't worth rostering at a price above $4,000.
