Stephen Strasburg ($10,900 on FanDuel): Per our models, Strasburg is the slate's top hurler as we project him for 37.8 FanDuel points in his home matchup with the Philadelphia Phillies. For the season, Stras has put up a 28.6% strikeout rate, 6.7% walk rate and 12.5% swinging-strike rate, the last of which is a career-best mark. Against righties in 2017, Philly has a .313 wOBA with a 23.7% strikeout rate. The Phillies have been better lately, posting a .328 wOBA over the last 30 days, but they still have a 23.4% strikeout rate in that span. Philly's 3.06 implied total is the lowest of the slate by a significant margin.
