4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Stacks for 4/29/19

On paper, tonight's nine-game slate doesn't come off as the highest-scoring night for offense, but as we know, this is baseball and anything can happen. We don't have a single implied total reaching 5.00 runs, which could mean more spread out ownership than usual.

Each day here on numberFire, we'll go through four offenses ripe for the stacking. They could have a great matchup, be in a great park, or just have a lot of quality sticks in the lineup, but these are the offenses primed for big days that you may want a piece of.

Now, let's get to the stacks.

Atlanta Braves

As the team with the highest implied total at 4.96, the Atlanta Braves figure to be one of the more popular teams tonight, benefiting from some great hitting weather with temperatures in the 80s -- far and away the warmest game on the board.

Their pitching matchup against left-hander Nick Margevicius appears somewhat neutral, as the 22-year-old has submitted a 4.19 SIERA, 22.8% strikeout rate, and 6.9% walk rate over his five big league starts. Those marks may not scream for a stack, but the Braves are well-suited to attack southpaws -- their active roster combined for a 116 wRC+ against lefties in 2018.

A quick look at the lineup and you'll find guys with notable historical success in the split, including Ronald Acuna ($4,000), Josh Donaldson ($3,900), Ozzie Albies ($3,900), and Tyler Flowers ($2,700). All four batters put up xwOBAs above .340 versus left-handers in 2018.

Not surprisingly, the left-handed Freddie Freeman ($4,400) can hold his own in lefty-lefty matchups, too. He's posted a .390 wOBA and .234 ISO in same-sided spots since the start of 2016.
