Twins' Josh Winder called up to take mound Tuesday
Minnesota Twins pitcher Josh Winder will start start against the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday.
The Twins called up Winder from Triple-A St. Paul on Tuesday after Chris Archer was scratched from his scheduled start. Winder has registered a 3.06 ERA with 24 strikeouts and 10 walks across 35 1/3 innings in the majors this season.
