Oswald Peraza riding pine Monday for Yankees
New York Yankees infielder Oswald Peraza is not in the starting lineup versus right-hander Sonny Gray and the Minnesota Twins in Monday's series opener.
What It Means:
The Yankees appear to be giving Peraza a routine breather. DJ LeMahieu will be on third base and Anthony Rizzo will be on first. Aaron Judge will serve as the designated hitter while Franchy Cordero will man right field and bat sixth.
