Jorge Polanco joining Twins bench Wednesday afternoon
Minnesota Twins infielder Jorge Polanco is not in the lineup on Wednesday afternoon against right-hander Corbin Burnes and the Milwaukee Brewers.
What It Means:
Polanco will take a breather for the day game after a night game. Kyle Farmer will cover the keystone and hit seventh while Royce Lewis will start on the hot corner and bat cleanup. Edouard Julien will serve as the Twins' designated hitter and leadoff batter after he was held out of Tuesday's lineup versus a lefty.
