Rangers' Wyatt Langford batting fifth Thursday in debut
Texas Rangers outfielder Wyatt Langford is starting at designated hitter and batting fifth against left-hander Justin Steele and the Chicago Cubs on Opening Day.
Langford is ready to make his MLB debut after the Rangers selected his contract from Triple-A Round Rock on Thursday. The 22-year-old top prospect was selected with the No. 4 overall pick in last year's draft.
