Giancarlo Stanton sitting Wednesday for Yankees
New York Yankees designated hitter Giancarlo Stanton is not in the lineup for Wednesday's series finale against right-hander Merrill Kelly and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
What It Means:
Stanton will sit for the second time this season. Aaron Judge will cover the DH role on Wednesday and Trent Grisham will draw a start in center field. Jon Berti is out of the lineup for a third straight game. Austin Wells will start at catcher over Jose Trevino.
