Detroit's Matt den Dekker not starting on Saturday
Detroit Tigers outfielder Matt den Dekker is not in the lineup on Saturday against the Cleveland Indians.
With a doubleheader on tap, Andrew Romine will provide den Dekker with a breather after he started the earlier game today. Romine hits eighth against the Indians' Carlos Carrasco.
In 6 plate appearances, den Dekker has yet to tally a single hit. He hit .269 with 3 home runs and 7 RBI in 94 plate appearances at Triple-A Toledo prior to joining the big league roster.
