7. Karl-Anthony Towns vs. Los Angeles Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers aren't usually victims of big offensive nights. They've been a top 10 defensive team so far this year, but that's with the services of Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, something they were without Thursday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves. And, man, did they pay for it.

With Paul and Griffin out injured, DeAndre Jordan was asked to do much more on both offense and defense, which included bottling up the freak center that is Karl-Anthony Towns. Needless to say, Jordan was unable to do so, as Towns racked up 37 points, 12 rebounds, and 5 assists in 40 minutes.

Towns needed 24 shots to reach his point total for the night, but that's misleading. The youngster was just 1 for 2 from three-point land and 2 for 2 from the charity stripe, but he missed just 7 of his shots from the floor. His 17 field goals made for a true shooting of 74.4% and a nERD of 52.28 as Minnesota downed the Clips 104-101.
