Marc Gasol, C, Memphis Grizzlies

FanDuel Price: $8,700

Marc Gasol has put on an offensive clinic over his past five games, averaging 30.8 points on 53.5 percent shooting, which has been good for 45.7 FanDuel points per game. He should be able to continue this in tonight's matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers, who have allowed the fourth-most FanDuel points per game to opposing centers.

Portland has also been dominated in the low post this season, giving up the third-most points in this situation. Starting center Mason Plumlee's struggles have been most apparent, as only two players have allowed more points in the post than him. This is nothing new for Plumlee, who gave up more points in the post than any player last season.

Gasol has established himself as the league's best low-post scorer, leading the league by a wide margin in post-up points this season after averaging the most points per game in the post last season.

In addition to a terrific individual matchup, Gasol has game script in his favor. His Memphis Grizzlies are projected for 103 points, which is 3.3 points higher than their season scoring average. According to the RotoViz Game Splits App, in games the Grizzlies have been projected for at least 100 points this season, Gasol has averaged 38.2 FanDuel points, as opposed to 32.1 in all other games.

Memphis has only played two games with an over/under as high as tonight's 207 points, so for a larger sample size, let's examine games with at least a 205-point over/under. In such games this season, he has averaged 38.6 FanDuel points, and over the past five years, he's averaged 38.5 FanDuel points in such games, as opposed to 33.6 in all others.

Everything is pointing up for Gasol heading into this matchup, and he is one of the strongest center plays on the slate.
