3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 3/2/17

Even with his price tag climbing back into the upper-12,000's, it's hard to ignore Russell Westbrook in a good matchup on a short three-game slate.

Westbrook is coming off of back-to-back 40-point triple-doubles, and while it's hard to project him for those numbers regularly, a look at his recent fantasy production shows that he doesn't need a stat-line like that to crack 60 fantasy points.

He has at least 60 FanDuel points in 8 of his last 10 games, while also posting a pair of 70-fantasy-point performances in that span. He leads the league in both usage rate (41.9%) and assist (56.5%) rate while also sporting a 16.9% rebound rate. That combination of volume and efficiency means his production will likely remain consistently elite.

The Blazers rank among the bottom five in defensive rating this season, and it should come as no surprise that we project Westbrook as the day's top fantasy scorer -- by a huge margin, too, with a bigger gap between Westbrook and our second-ranked player than there is between the second-ranked guy and our 14th-ranked player.
