3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 12/21/18

You don't hear his name discussed a ton in fantasy circles, but Kevin Huerter is quietly putting together a string of solid games for the Atlanta Hawks. The rookie out of Maryland earned a starting spot in late November. Not only has he not relinquished that spot, but he's seen his playing time increase dramatically.

He's played at least 30 minutes in four of his past five games after doing that just twice in his previous 24 outings. He's scored at least 20.0 DraftKings points in all but four of his starts, and he's put up at least 23.0 in four of his last five, all of which coincide with getting the 30-plus minutes of run.

We project him to get 32 minutes of playing time tonight. Not surprisingly, we see his output keeping up with his recent level of play. We have him projected for 23.5 DraftKings points, which would equate to a value of 5.0 points per $1,000.
