5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 1/21/19

Back to the Lakers, Hart didn't quite see Stephenson-esque run after Lonzo went down, but he did get in 17.4 minutes of action in the second half.

He's not the efficient producer that Stephenson is, either, but we've seen no shortage of boom-or-bust upside out of Hart lately.

His last 11 games include 4 with fewer than 20 fantasy points while also including 4 with at least 38.9 FanDuel points. He averaged 31.8 minutes per game over those 11, and while his run had fallen off some with a move to the bench over the last three games, he should get consistent minutes in the 30's with Ball out.

That goes a long way toward improving Hart's fantasy floor, making him very appealing in both cash games and tournaments tonight.
