The Atlanta Hawks haven't even managed to win a third of their games this season, yet have still been far too good to have a legitimate shot at a bottom-three spot in the NBA and the top odds at winning the draft lottery (and thus Zion Williamson). That's just how bad the Bulls, Cavaliers, and Knicks have been.
