It's been 10 days since our last update, but not much has changed at the top of the Eastern Conference since that time.

Our five "sure things" remain in the exact same seeding order, and our algorithm still gives each of them a full 100.0% chance of making the postseason. The Celtics have lost five of their last six, and it hasn't even mattered since they still have an 8.5-game lead on ninth place.
