The Timberwolves, Pelicans, and Mavericks were all clinging onto slim playoff hopes last time around, but it's time to come to grips with the fact that it ain't happening for them at this point.

The 'Wolves are only half a game behind the Lakers and actually have a higher playoff probability (1.4% to 0.8%), but with six games and three teams separating Minny from the eighth and final playoff spot, there's not much hope left to hold onto.

Meanwhile, the Grizzlies and Suns remain very much out of the conversation.
