Using Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Tyus Jones tonight in your lineups is a potential gold mine, but question marks abound. Jones started for the Wolves in the last game with Jeff Teague and Derrick Rose on the sidelines, and it looks like one or both could be missing action again this evening.

Teague and Rose have foot and elbow injuries, respectively, and with the Wolves 6.5 games out of the playoff race with just 14 games to go--a heck of a hill to climb in the stacked Western Conference--the team could just decide it's not worth making their injuries worse. If they do sit (especially Teague), then Jones is almost certain to start again when the team takes on the Utah Jazz this evening.

Jones has started nine games this season, taking advantage in nearly every one. He's putting up an average of 31.2 FanDuel points as a starter and has scored at least 27.9 points in each of his past six starts. We have him currently projected for 17.1 points tonight, but that early number assumes Teague and Rose both play. Expect that number to rise dramatically if they don't.
