NBA Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury Report: Thursday 1/19/17

With five games to choose from on Thursday's NBA DFS slate, the Denver Nuggets are definitely dominating the injury news, but there's still plenty of value for the squad, even with a tough matchup ahead against the San Antonio Spurs.

Before lineups lock, check out which other players and teams are dealing with injuries and how it could impact their specific situations.

Denver Nuggets

Nikola Jokic and his insane $9,400 price tag on FanDuel is ready to play. While his matchup is questionable, he may have a strong usage considering all of Denver's injuries.

Danilo Gallinari is questionable after initially being ruled probable, while Gary Harris and Wilson Chandler (personal) have already been ruled out.

If Gallinari sits out, there is going to be plenty of run left for some of the Nuggets' healthy bodies. Will Barton is a fine play even if Gallinari is active, but he might be a must-play if Gallo is out. Kenneth Faried and Jameer Nelson are also both fine options either way, while Jamal Murray and Jusuf Nurkic should also see some more minutes.

New York Knicks

Joakim Noah is doubtful, while he and Kristaps Porzingis are scheduled to undergo MRIs today. Assuming Noah is out, it will be another hot hand approach for the New York Knicks' frontcourt. Guillermo Hernangomez was the tournament-winning option last night, with Marshall Plumlee also playing well.

Chris Paul, Los Angeles Clippers

Chris Paul has been ruled out for the next six-to-eight weeks. It's doubtful the Los Angeles Clippers are dead in the water without him, they are going to need a lot of help over the next few months.

That starts against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Raymond Felton probably gets the biggest boost with Paul out, but so does Austin Rivers. J.J. Redick should also see more shots early and often without Paul in the lineup.

Kevin Love, Cleveland Cavaliers

After leaving Monday's game early, Kevin Love made it through parts of shootaround this morning and he is questionable. Kyrie Irving and LeBron James are prime targets if Love is out, while Channing Frye and Tristan Thompson also get a boost.

Tyson Chandler, Phoenix Suns

Tyson Chandler was out on Monday with an illness, but is expected to play tonight.
