One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you need to consider squeezing in one of these lower-priced options into your lineup.

Let's take a look at five players who can help fill in the gaps in your lineup.

Raymond Felton, PG, Los Angeles Clippers

Raymond Felton has come off the bench in his last two games, but has still managed to average all-around numbers of 6 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists in 24.2 minutes. Backcourt teammate Austin Rivers has played excellently as of late, but he's been prone to foul trouble with an average of 3.5 fouls over his last eight games. If Rivers is slowed down in any way, Felton could see an uptick in production.

According to our tools, Felton is trending as tonight's second-hottest point guard and is playing 41.64% above his season average in terms of fantasy points per night over the last five games.

Tony Allen, SG, Memphis Grizzlies

Allen owns the best defense-versus-position rank among all shooting guards on tonight's schedule.

Joe Ingles, SF, Utah Jazz

After a sluggish start in the month of February, Joe Ingles recently broke out with a 16-point performance while logging a career-high 40.8 minutes. As long as Rodney Hood remains out, Ingles will be capable of filling up the stat sheet.

Ingles owns the second-highest projected value among all small forwards playing on Monday.

Thon Maker, PF, Milwaukee Bucks

Thon Maker is getting his chance to prove the hype surrounding before entering the league is for real. Over his past two games, Maker has logged 19.4 minutes and has averaged 9.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2 three-pointers and 1 steal. For what it's worth, Maker currently boasts per-36 averages of 18.2 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.9 three-pointers, 1.9 blocks, and 1.1 steals in his rookie year. If trusted with more minutes going forward, he could become a household name.

He's projected to have the third-highest value among all power forwards on Monday's slate. Priced at near-minimum salary, Make is worth considering as a punt option at the position.

JaVale McGee, C, Golden State Warriors

Ever since JaVale McGee became a fill-in starter six games ago, he has averaged 9.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks in just 16.5 minutes, and is fresh off a 16-point outing in which he poured in 7 of his 8 shots. Still priced at near-minimum salary, he remains a low-risk investment for a potential high return.

McGee is projected with the highest value among all centers playing tonight. Furthermore, he has the third-best defense-versus-position rank among all centers as he takes on the short-handed Denver Nuggets.
