Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury Report: Monday 4/10/17

The Cavaliers are resting their three stars tonight. Find out who else is out with our NBA injury report.

With the regular season winding down, Monday's slate of nine games is full of injury news, whether players are actually injured or just resting.

Either way, the news is opening up a ton of value for tonight's slate -- if you can keep track of all the guys who will or could sit out.

Notable Injuries

Cleveland Cavaliers

Even with the 1 seed in the East not settled, the Cleveland Cavaliers are planning on resting their three star players as they play a desperate Miami Heat team.

Without LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love, look for Richard Jefferson, Kyle Korver, and J.R. Smith to have bigger roles Monday. Tristan Thompson is also still out.

Washington Wizards

John Wall and Otto Porter are both listed as game-time decisions on Monday. The Washington Wizards are officially locked into the 4 seed, so there's no need to force them into action. If these two don't play, Brandon Jennings, Kelly Oubre, and Bojan Bogdanovic all could hold some nice DFS value.

Golden State Warriors

Klay Thompson will get his turn to rest for the Golden State Warriors, but it looks like Stephen Curry will make his return after he rested over the weekend. The only injuries for Golden State, then, are Kevon Looney, who is doubtful, and Matt Barnes, who has already been ruled out. Without Barnes and Thompson, expect Patrick McCaw and Ian Clark to see an uptick in minutes.

Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz are almost guaranteed the 5 seed in the West, and another loss would seal the deal. They seem to be choosing health over pushing for the 4 seed because Derrick Favors, Rodney Hood, Raul Neto, and Gordon Hayward have all been ruled out.

However, there is some good news, as George Hill is expected to play despite the questionable tag. Hill, Joe Ingles, Joe Johnson, Boris Diaw, and Rudy Gobert all get a bump without the other three starters. Dante Exum and Shelvin Mack lose some value with Hill potentially returning.

Portland Trail Blazers

With the 8 seed locked up, the Portland Trail Blazers will be without Damian Lillard, C.J. McCollum and Allen Crabbe. That leaves Evan Turner as one of their only lead guards left, so expect him to see a big role. Guys like Jake Layman, Pat Connaughton, and Shabazz Napier are all in line for bigger minutes, as well.

Charlotte Hornets

The Charlotte Hornets will probably be without Kemba Walker, who is doubtful on Monday. With Marco Belinelli listed as questionable, Brian Roberts, Briante Weber, Jeremy Lamb, and Nicolas Batum all should see increased roles.

Rajon Rondo, Chicago Bulls

Rajon Rondo is still out for the Chicago Bulls, so look for Jimmy Butler to gain some value along with Jerian Grant.

Lou Williams, Houston Rockets

Louis Williams is getting a turn to rest on Monday for the Houston Rockets, but there are also reports that the starters won't play big roles, so it's probably an avoidable situation.

Evan Fournier, Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic have listed Evan Fournier as questionable for Monday night against the Bulls. If he can't go, Jodie Meeks is an interesting tournament play, while Terrence Ross and Elfrid Payton should also see a bump.

Lesser Injuries

Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks are guaranteed no worse than the 6 seed with a win, and they could get as high as the 5 seed, but they don't currently control their destiny for that one. With that, Malcolm Brogdon and John Henson are set to return, which downgrades guys like Matthew Dellavedova, Gary Payton II, Jason Terry, and Mirza Teletovic.

Miami Heat

It's all hands on deck for the Heat, as they need a win to keep in the hunt for one of the final Eastern Conference playoff seeds. With that could come some returns from guys who have been out a while. Dion Waiters and Josh McRoberts are both listed as questionable for Miami. If Waiters plays, Wayne Ellington and Josh Richardson could lose out on some minutes.

Danny Green, San Antonio Spurs

Danny Green is not listed on the San Antonio Spurs injury report for Monday, so it looks like he will play. Jonathon Simmons loses some value with Green potentially back.

Sean Kilpatrick, Brooklyn Nets

Sean Kilpatrick is still questionable for Monday. If he can't play, we expect Archie Goodwin to pick up some extra minutes.
