FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Helper: Sunday 10/30/22

Let's break down today's main slate on FanDuel.

Guards

Luka Doncic ($12,000): At his highest salary point this season, Doncic stands as numberFire's top option with 56.4 FanDuel points versus an Orlando Magic team ranked 12th in defensive rating and seventh in points allowed per game. Averaging 0.95 real-life points and 0.69 shot attempts per minute, the 23-year old superstar also leads all players with a 30.3 real-life point expectation.

Stephen Curry ($9,900): In a 1772.0 minute sample size since 2021 with Klay Thompson off the floor, Curry's per minute production stands at 1.27 FanDuel points, 0.60 shot attempts, 0.15 rebounds, and 0.17 assists.

Donovan Mitchell ($9,300): Cleveland's offensive leader is averaging 1.24 FanDuel points with a 33.7% usage rate in 190.6 minutes with Darius Garland off the court.

Devin Booker ($8,900): Despite seeing a 0.03 FanDuel point boost to a 1.24 mark per minute with Phoenix's current inactives, Booker's FanDuel salary has remained unchanged against a Houston unit ranked 23rd in defensive rating and 20th in opposing true shooting percentage.

Cade Cunningham ($8,000): After a vintage 59.8 fantasy performance, Cunningham's FanDuel salary has increased 6.7% to his highest point. In an underrated spot against a Warriors' team ranked 20th in defensive rating and second in pace, the 21-year old is ranked fifth among guards with a 40.1 FanDuel point projection.

Chris Paul ($7,400): In a 1099.4 minute sample size, Paul produces 1.24 FanDuel points, 0.15 rebounds, and 0.32 assists with Ayton off the floor since last season.

Caris LeVert ($6,700): With Garland off the floor, LeVert is second in usage with a 23.7% rate while also averaging 0.96 FanDuel points in a 174.3 minutes.

Franz Wagner ($6,600): Ranking second among his team in usage with a 26.2% rate, Wagner is more proactive with the ball in his hands with today's injuries, accounting for 0.20 assists and 0.48 shot attempts per minute.

Tre Jones ($6,000): Even at his highest salary point this season, the Spurs' 22-year old guard ranks sixth among guards with a 5.2 value rating. With three key members out of their rotation, Jone has produced 1.12 FanDuel points per minute with these specific inactives in a 27.8 minute sample size.

Blake Wesley ($3,700): In a potential increased role, San Antonio's rookie contains today's highest value mark on the slate with a 7.66 rating while averaging 0.98 FanDuel points per minute.

Forwards

Jayson Tatum ($10,500): Boston's stud forward leads his team's first unit in usage (30.7%), fantasy production (1.34), rebounds (0.21), and shot attempts (0.52).

LeBron James ($10,400): With Anthony Davis considered questionable, James could see a noticeable 0.06 increase to 1.47 FanDuel points per minute if he is unable to suit up on Sunday night.

Paolo Banchero ($8,500): In a 87.4 minute sample size, Orlando's rookie phenom leads his team with a robust average of 1.45 FanDuel points after his production is boosted by 0.17 due to a 4.3% increase.

Anthony Edwards ($7,700): "Ant-Man" has quickly become an offensive force in his third season, recording a 28.2% usage rate along with averages of 0.80 real-life points, 0.58 shot attempts, and 0.11 assists per minute.

Andrew Wiggins ($7,600): In 78.0 minutes this season, Wiggins' production increases by 0.06 FanDuel points to a 1.17 mark mostly due to a 3.7% boost in assist rate and a 2.5% jump in usage.

Keldon Johnson ($7,500): San Antonio's young forward has emerged as their offensive leader, ranking first among his team in real-life points (0.72), shot attempts (0.55), and usage (28.0%). Despite a difficult matchup versus a Timberwolves' team ranked fifth in defensive rating, the 23-year old is averaging 22.5 real-life points in their previous meetings.

Wendell Carter Jr. ($6,400): With Orlando's current injuries, Carter Jr. sees a sneaky 0.14 boost to 1.07 FanDuel points per minute while his usage rate increases to 22.0%.

Draymond Green ($5,700): Golden State's veteran is producing 1.08 FanDuel points, 0.25 rebounds, and 0.24 assists in a 1115.8 minute sample size with Thompson off the floor since last season.

Cameron Johnson ($4,300): After an eye popping 14% salary decrease, Phoenix's starting forward offers plenty of value with a 5.55 rating and a 23.9 FanDuel point projection. In 56.1 minutes with Ayton off the floor this season, Johnson has produced 0.80 FanDuel points and 0.37 shot attempts per minute.

Dean Wade ($3,900): numberFire's top value forward with a 5.59 rating has seen an average of 33.5 minutes since joining Cleveland's starting lineup on October 26th.

Centers

Nikola Jokic ($11,300): In an uptempo spot against a Lakers team playing with the fastest pace in the league, Denver's versatile center ranks second overall with a 56.0 FanDuel point projection. In their last encounter, Jokic produced several season-high marks with 31 real-life points and 69.1 FanDuel points.

Rudy Gobert ($8,700): After a monster double-double including 22 points and 21 rebounds in his last appearance, Gobert's FanDuel salary has surged 8.7%. "The Eiffel Tower" should have his way inside versus a San Antonio unit ranked 24th in points allowed in the paint despite failing to record a double-double in their previous matchups.

Karl-Anthony Towns ($8,300): Even after three consecutive appearances producing at least 42.1 FanDuel points, Towns' FanDuel salary has moved down to his lowest point. In two previous appearances against the Spurs, KAT has done well in this particular matchup, averaging 43.0 FanDuel points.

Kristaps Porzingis ($7,200): Despite being limited to 31.0 minutes per game, Washington's big man has still averaged 1.06 FanDuel points, 0.45 shot attempts, and 0.24 rebounds.

Jarrett Allen ($6,900): At his lowest salary point this season, Cleveland's center has an underrated matchup versus a Knicks' team ranked 15th in points allowed in the paint. With Darius Garland inactive, Allen's is second among his team's starting lineup in fantasy production (0.97 FanDuel points).

Bol Bol ($4,900): In 77.1 minutes with Orlando's current injuries, Bol Bol is third among Orlando players in fantasy production (1.25 FanDuel points per minute) and first in rebounds (0.30) and blocks (0.10).

Bismack Biyombo ($4,000): Ranking second among today's slate in value with a 6.39 rating, Phoenix's veteran center has been productive with Deandre Ayton off the floor since last season, averaging 1.07 FanDuel points and 0.35 rebounds in a 434.3 minute sample size.
