Tyreke Evans to stick in Pacers' starting lineup with Victor Oladipo (knee) out
Indiana Pacers guard Tyreke Evans will remain in the starting lineup while Victor Oladipo (knee) is sidelined, head coach Nate McMillan said.
Evans is averaging just 9.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.9 steals, and 1.4 3-pointers on a 31.3 field goal percentage through eight games as a starter with Oladipo on the shelf. He's also committed almost as many turnovers over that eight-game stretch (23) as he did in 15 games off the bench (25). "I just think guys go through stretches like this. It happens," said McMillan. "We’re going to keep him there in that spot while Victor is out and continue to try and help him find his rhythm." The Pacers visit the Orlando Magic on Friday.
Tyreke is averaging 20.5 FanDuel points over his eight starts.
