Tyler Herro (ankle) ruled out again for Heat on Wednesday
Miami Heat shooting guard Tyler Herro (right ankle soreness) will not play Wednesday versus the Utah Jazz.
It will be Herro's fifth consecutive absence. He will also be held out of Friday's Rising Stars game during All-Star Weekend. The first-round pick left the Heat on Monday to return to South Florida for treatment of his injury. He has been in a walking boot. The hope is that Herro will be ready to return after the break, though the additions of Jae Crowder and Andre Iguodala may cut into the rookie's playing time.
Herro is averaging 21.7 FanDuel points per game. numberFire's models project him for 12.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.7 steals, and 1.1 3-pointers over the rest of the season.
