Zach Collins encouraging Portland at practice
Portland Trail Blazers center Zach Collins was praised by head coach Terry Stotts.
Collins hasn't played since injuring his shoulder way back in October at the beginning of the season. Jusuf Nurkic is also returning for the first time since March 2019. “I told Nurk that — he’s the Nurk I remember playing at both ends of the floor. He made some really good passes, good rebounds. And Zach was full of energy. You couldn’t tell either one of them missed time. It was very encouraging.” Collins and Nurkic are expected to join Carmelo Anthony, C.J. McCollum, and Damian Lillard in the starting lineup when the season starts back up.
numberFire's models expect Collins to play 21.2 minutes and score 12.8 FanDuel points when the Trail Blazers resume play on July 31 against the Memphis Grizzlies.
