LeBron James (ankle) practices in full for Lakers, Tuesday return likely
Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) is expected to return on Tuesday against the New York Knicks, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Lakers head coach Frank Vogel said James was a full participant at Monday's practice. Woj adds that James was "pain-free" and "able to make hard cuts and elevate" following a week off. James' return will cut into Anthony Davis' usage rate and should send Wesley Matthews back to the second unit.
numberFire's models currently project LeBron for 46.1 FanDuel points versus the Knicks on Tuesday. Davis is surprisingly averaging more FanDuel points per game when LeBron is active (44.9) this season than when LeBron is out (37.6).
