Pistons' Frank Jackson (ankle) expected to sit Tuesday

Detroit Pistons point guard Frank Jackson (ankle) is unlikely to play Tuesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, per head coach Dwane Casey.

What It Means:

Jackson exited early last game with an ankle sprain and was listed as questionable on the most recent injury report. Casey believes Josh Jackson (tooth) will be available after missing the last four contests, so Josh could replace Frank in the starting lineup. The Pistons are expected to have nine players available for a second straight game as they are already without Jerami Grant (knee), Mason Plumlee (rest), Cory Joseph (ankle), Wayne Ellington (calves), Hamidou Diallo (health protocols), Rodney McGruder (elbow), and Dennis Smith Jr. (knee).

Jackson is averaging 25.4 FanDuel points in April and May. He has a $4,500 salary on Tuesday's 11-game slate.
