Cavaliers' LeBron James leads all NBA players in All-Star voting, will serve as a captain
Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James received the most All-Star votes of any player in the NBA and will serve as a captain of one of the teams during the 2018 All-Star Game.
James joins Stephen Curry as the two captains who will pick the teams, regardless of conference, from a pool of starters and reserves for this year's All-Star Game. 2018 will be Bron's 14th consecutive All-Star Game appearance and start, tying him with Michael Jordan (among others) for sixth-most all-time.
James currently leads the NBA in VORP (4.9) and is tied with Curry for 4th among all 486 NBA players with a 9.1 nERD rating.
