Cavaliers' Kevin Love (concussion) still in concussion protocol
Cleveland Cavaliers power forward/center Kevin Love is still undergoing league-mandated concussion protocol testing, reports Cody Taylor of the USA Today.
Love suffered a concussion in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals and was unable to suit up for Game 7. He was excused from today's NBA Finals Media Day as he in the league's Concussion Return to Play Program. With the Finals set to tip Thursday in Oakland, Love is in danger of missing Game 1. We would see a lot of Jeff Green once again, with Larry Nance also likely to pick up minutes.
Through 17 playoff games, Love is averaging 13.9 points, 10.0 rebounds and 1.6 threes in 31.0 minutes per game.
