College Football Betting Guide: Saturday 10/19/19

Our picks went 2-1 last week with the Red River Shootout staying under the total and Penn State winning an ugly game in Iowa City. The best matchup this week is Michigan vs. Penn State, and while our model leans toward a Lions cover, there aren't any particularly strong plays for this game. We'll stick to a top 25 matchup in the PAC-12 and an intriguing road test for LSU in the SEC instead.
