Amari Cooper reportedly traded to Cowboys from Raiders for first-round pick
The Dallas Cowboys acquired wide receiver Amari Cooper from the Oakland Raiders for a first-round pick, reports Josina Anderson and Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Cooper will provide an immediate upgrade to the Cowboys' abysmal pass offense while the Raiders continue driving their tank to Las Vegas. Cooper's arrival in Dallas will likely cut into targets for Cole Beasley, Michael Gallup, and Allen Hurns. In Oakland, Dwayne Harris and Jordy Nelson could see boosts, although Amari only saw a total of 2 targets over his last two games.
Cooper averaged 7.7 FanDuel points in six games with the Raiders, catching 22 passes on 31 targets for 280 yards and 1 touchdown.
