Rashard Higgins (knee) questionable for Browns, '100 percent' playing
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Rashard Higgins (knee) is questionable for Week 9 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Despite the designation, Higgins is confident he will play Sunday. "I'm going. 100 percent," the receiver affirmed. He hasn't played since Week 5 due to a sprained MCL. Antonio Callaway (ankle) is also questionable.
Higgins is averaging 7.7 FanDuel points on 4.4 targets per game. He comes with a $4,600 price tag in Week 9.
