Kareem Hunt reportedly signs Browns' tender
Cleveland Browns running back Kareem Hunt signed his second-round tender, reports Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.
Hunt is the clear backup to workhorse Nick Chubb, but he still averaged 10.0 touches and 5.5 targets, yielding 58.0 yards and 3 touchdowns, over the final eight games last season after returning from suspension. Hunt is expected to handle a similar workload in 2020 now that he'll be returning to Cleveland. He turns 25 in August.
Hunt averaged 10.3 FanDuel points per game last season, ranking as the RB29 over the final eight contests. His 5.8 yards per touch would have ranked in the top-10 among running backs to average 6.25-plus touches over a 16-game season.
