Raiders' Tyrell Williams (foot) now healthy
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tyrell Williams has recovered from plantar fasciitis in both feet, writes Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com.
Williams only missed two games last season but his workload dwindled a bit as the year progressed. He totaled only 344 yards and 1 touchdown over the final nine games after scoring 5 touchdowns over his first five contests. Williams averaged the eight-most yards per target (10.2) out of the 127 receivers to draw at least 50 targets. Unfortunately, he was only targeted 62 times. The additions of first-rounder Henry Ruggs and third-rounder Bryan Edwards, plus the progression of 2019 fifth-rounder Hunter Renfrow (71 targets), figure to keep a cap on Williams' target share. He turned 28 in February.
Williams is the WR64 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. Our models project him for 72.1 targets, 44.5 receptions, 603.1 yards, and 3.2 touchdowns.
