Wizards' John Wall reportedly headed to Houston in exchange for Russell Westbrook
Washington Wizards guard John Wall has been traded to the Houston Rockets, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Rockets have been trying to part ways with Russell Westbrook, and it seems as though the Wizards are the destination. Wall is headed to Houston - along with a first-round pick - which will now pair him up with James Harden in what could be a dynamic backcourt. The Kentucky product hasn't played since rupturing his Achilles during the 2018-19 season.
In 32 games during that season, Wall averaged 20.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 8.7 assists.
