Bryce Young (ankle) on track to start Week 4 for Panthers
Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young (ankle) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday.
Young is on track to start in Week 4 against the Minnesota Vikings after he sat out last week with an ankle injury. Andy Dalton will move back to clipboard duty if Young is cleared to return. The No. 1 overall pick has gotten off to a slow start in his NFL career, but Young should at least be able to maintain Adam Thielen's fantasy value. He targeted Thielen on 27% of his attempts in Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints.
Young averaged 11.5 FanDuel points in his first two starts and completed 42 of 71 pass attempts for 299 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions. He also rushed 5 times for 51 yards. Young will have an easier matchup in Week 4 versus a Vikings team with the third-worst adjusted pass defense in the NFL, per numberFire's metrics.
