Update: 49ers' Christian McCaffrey (oblique) ruled out for rest of Week 6
San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (oblique) will not return to Sunday's Week 6 game against the Cleveland Browns.
What It Means:
McCaffrey suffered an oblique injury in Week 6 and while he initially tried to play through the injury, he was eventually taken back out of the game and treated in the locker room. It's unclear how serious McCaffrey's injury, but hopefully the superstar recovers quickly.
McCaffrey will finish the day with 43 yards on 11 carries with 3 catches for 9 yards and 1 touchdown. Jordan Mason punched in a touchdown in his absence.
