Deebo Samuel (fractured shoulder) to miss at least two games for San Francisco
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel will miss at least the next two games with a hairline fracture in his shoulder, the team announced.
The diagnosis comes after three straight missed practices for the star wide receiver. He'll now miss at least Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 7 and a Sunday matchup versus Cincinnati in Week 8. The team then has a bye before returning to action in Week 10. Brandon Aiyuk's status as top pass-catcher will only grow with Samuel out, and Jauan Jennings, Ray-Ray McCloud III and Ronnie Bell will have to step up behind him.
In 6 games this season, Samuel has 20 catches on 32 targets for 302 yards and a touchdown.
