Christian McCaffrey (oblique) removed from 49ers' injury report on Wednesday
San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (oblique) was removed from the injury report on Wednesday.
McCaffrey opened the week with a full practice on Wednesday and is not included on the first injury report of the week. This would seem to indicate that he is fully recovered from the oblique injury that forced him to miss multiple practices last week. Brock Purdy has entered the NFL's concussion protocol and could be unavailable for Week 8's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
McCaffrey's Week 8 projection includes 80.0 rushing yards, 41.4 receiving yards, 10.04 total touchdowns, and 20.5 FanDuel points. His salary is $10,200.
