Matthew Stafford (right thumb) likely game-time call for Rams
Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (right thumb) will be questionable for Week 9 against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, per head coach Sean McVay.
McVay said Stafford will likely be a game-time call on Sunday after sitting out practice all week. Brett Rypien will start for the Rams if Stafford is unable to play. That would be a notable downgrade for the entire offense.
The Packers' pass defense is ranked 23rd in numberFire's opponent-adjusted NEP model, but they rank 12th in FanDuel points allowed per game to opposing quarterbacks this season.
