Cole Kmet (knee) DNP for Bears walkthrough Monday
Chicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet (knee) was listed as a non-participant on Monday's practice estimate for Week 10 against the Carolina Panthers on Thursday night.
Kmet played his regular amount of snaps on Sunday and caught 6 passes on 8 targets for 55 yards and 2 touchdowns, so hopefully the Bears are just managing his reps on a short week. Marcedes Lewis and Robert Tonyan will have more snaps available if Kmet is out, but the extra targets would likely go to D.J. Moore and Darnell Mooney.
Kmet played 83-84 percent of the snaps the past two weeks and totaled 16 catches on 18 targets for 134 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Panthers are allowing the 10th-fewest FanDuel points per game to tight ends this season.
